Wetmore Road is not currently prepared to handle the heavy traffic loads it sees every day. Future planning needs to allow for an expansion or a highway in the area.

The "complete street" plan for Broadway running north of downtown is ludicrous. It is a de factor MAJOR artery during the morning AND evening "rush hours". If it is made more difficult for cars to use it at thosetimes (for example by making it NARROWER, reducing the number of lanes), there will be absolute gridlock on I37 and I35 (and possibly I10) "going home routes". ALL transportation plans should EXPEDITE, not hinder, the flow of traffic, particularly at peak traffic times.

We ride frequently out in Castroville because of the lower traffic and a decent shoulder most of the way. I absolutly love to ride, however due to the lack of bike lanes and showers at my office I choose not to ride to work. I think San Antonio has come a long way with improvements, but we still have a long way to go. I envision being able to commute to work on my bike in a few years.

Many large scale investments are being made, & one should be for a light rail system that geographically reaches all parts of city. If you place rail lines along large r.o.w. transit corridors, there will be opportunities for transit oriented redevelopment. We are spending $550 million at US281 at 1604 and maybe a$2.5 billion dollar regional airport. A rail system would cost $835 million and counter urban sprawl and create neighborhood revitalization, employment and living/transport choices.

1212 Fredericksburg Under utilized VIA Primo stop. Station has no connectivity to neighborhoods to the west due to lack of pedestrian infrastructure. COSA and VIA have no plans/projects scheduled for sidewalks on Fredericksburg Rd. Sad to see Qty.2 $120K bus stops under utilize. Please finish what you start before looking at other corridors for improvements. Even though Fred Rd is TXDOT, city is responsible for sidewalk construction why not leverage like what is done on Broadway?

Install more electrical vehicle charging stations through out the city. The best model is the Tesla Supercharger. Tesla Superchargers are off grid solar powered and free. http://www.teslamotors.com/supercharger

Why is it a pedestrian can't walk on Hildebrand from Trinity U to UIW?

I would like to see bike trails connecting the existing bike trail systems (for example, Leon Creek and Salado Creek). I would also like to see bike trails accessible from my neighborhood by bike to be able to safely bicycle downtown and to area shopping (North Star Mall, La Cantera, The Rim).

No sidewalks: Scary to walk. No dedicated lanes into subdivisions and new commercial- No turnarounds and scary big quarry trucks occupying multiple lanes to turnaround on 1604 and NW Military: Scary to drive. Lots of new development please help us stay safe. Lots of friendly neighbors. We love our San Antonio.
